Missing item



My member number is 4409578.  We were shopping at the Willowbrook store in Houston and bought many items.  When we reviewed our bag today we see we are missing one.  Unfortunately our receipt got lost in the Christmas rush.  How can we see if the item we thought we purchased actually got rung up?  Can you see our purchases on-line?

The next best step is to contact the Willowbrook store, they’ll be able to look up the transaction and determine if an error was made and adjust payment if needed. Also, you can contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-426-4840 or via Live Chat, they'll have visibility on your purchase history.
