Looking for soft and supportive sandals.

Hello, 

I broke my foot and have only been able to wear Altra plush tennis shoes for the past several months because they have zero rise and a ton of cushioning.  As it warms up, I am looking for a pair of sandals to transition into which also does not have a rise and is very squishy. Ideally, I would like something with a backstrap so my toes don't have to engage to hold the shoe on. Do you have any recommendations?

We're sorry you broke your foot! A cushy, zero drop sandal with support is a tall order. We tracked down a couple of options that may work for you:

• Freewater Supreem Sandals
• HOKA ONE ONE Hopara Multisport Sandals

Neither of these are specifically listed as zero drop, however the Freewaters are pretty flat. Both of these will offer you very good amounts of cushion under your foot.
