Kelty sleeping bag Proposition 65 warnings

Hi - I’m interested in several of the Kelty sleeping kids bags but they have proposition 65 warnings. I’m very familiar with the warnings and wanted to know specifically why the Kelty bags have it? Is it related to the dyes, materials, any flame retardants or other?
