Hello, When I went to the Santa Monica, CA REI store today the cashier could not find my original membership number on his computer. He suggested I add a new membership which I unfortunately did. I easily found my original membership through the REI search site. I don't want to keep the new membership. How do I cancel the new membership and have today's purchase transferred to my original membership?
