Is there any update on the process of returning items?
We appreciate your efforts (free shipping) and patience in this difficult time for business. Because of store closures we ordered several pairs of boots, etc. to try on at home. Of course we need to return some of them. Shipping is costly, so we might wait until you reopen, however a fair bit of money is tied up for us, and you'd probably prefer a quicker return so you can remarket sooner! Is there any way you can arrange for a socially distanced, masks and gloves, drop off spot for returns in Anchorage? Perhaps an open fresh air parking lot canopy? Wait time in vehicles. Maybe 1 day a week or something? We would appreciate it.
