I purchased an Odlo Performance Base Layer in Nov. 2019 which has a very tight fitting. I was not able to return it within the 1-yr period due to Covid starting Feb. 2020. I have the original receipt and also the tag is still attached to the garment. Wondering if REI is flexible during COVID times and has an extended return policy.

@Sameer when our stores closed as a result of the pandemic, we temporarily extended our return policy to ensure that any returns that passed the one-year mark while our stores were closed would be accepted once we reopened. Our stores reopened in the summer of 2020 and our return policy has since been reinstated.
You are always welcome to visit your local store and chat with our customer service team about your specific situation, however at this point, your return does fall outside of our return policy and may not be accepted.
