I recently went to use my rewears that I had earned, only to learn they expired 5 days earlier. Like other retailers, I would have thought that REI would still honor this because: customer of loyalty, covid restriction, and the recent expiration.
The store was not helpful, and told me to call. I waited on the costumer service line for over 30 minutes with no answer. I've sent several e-mails, and have not received much response.
