I received an order in the mail but it was the wrong item

I ordered some freeze dried meals which are coming in different shipments.   I received one that I didn’t order.  I got beef stroganoff with noodles but it should have been chicken fried rice.  What should I do about this?

We're sorry there was a mix up with your order. You have two options to get this taken care of:

  • Call our sales and customer service team at 1-800-426-4840 and talk through your options to get the correct item.
  • Wait until our stores reopen and bring it in for an exchange.

Please bear in mind that call times are longer due to high volume.
