With stores currently closed, we have a few options for processing an exchange.
If you would like to order the new size and then return the unwanted dress to a store when they reopen, that is an option.
However, if you’d like to process the exchange now, you could handle it using a mailing option . This will still require you to order the new item and then be refunded for the sent back item.
Unfortunately, here at the Community we do not have access to individual order details but the link I provided also contains information on getting in touch with our Sales and Customer Service team who could assist you further.
