I can NOT find my USED Gear order in the MAIN REI system


I bought a used pair of trail running shoes, BUT I can NOT find the ORDER in your MAIN REI System, whats wrong?

The best way to get answers about orders or customer service issues is to go through our customer service team. You can reach them by phone at 1-800-426-4840 or via Email or Live Chat. They should be able to look up an order and get you the answers you need.

I'm not an REI employee, but I have ordered a lot from the Used site.  Unless things have changed very recently, the REI Used site is operated independently of the main REI site.  Purchases from there will not display in your purchase history, much like items purchased at Garage Sales.
