I am logged in as a REI member at checkout, but I don't see a place to use my REI dividends. I have purchased two things by mistake when I wanted to use my dividends. What am I doing wrong?
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. Ideally if your member number is linked to your REI online account this should not be an issue. Once items are added to the cart and you proceed to checkout you should see a thread of information on the “review and pay” screen. It should look something like this...
(your name and membership number)
Estimated arrival along with the pictures of what you are ordering
Directly under payment options should be your member dividend with the amount available and a box to check off if you intend to use it. The box may even be checked as a default.
If this is not what you are seeing, there may be an error in how your account is linked. Unfortunately, we in the community do not have the access to help work on individual member accounts or orders. However, additional help can be found with our online partners via one of these options .

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this difficulty despite being linked to your membership. At this point the best recommendation would be to connect with our Customer Service Support Team who can successfully access your account and/or order.
I wanted to use them for my daughters birthday. Maybe someday when things get back to normal. I was trying to purchase trekking poles that are now not on sale.
