The Osprey Talon 33 is a great choice in a pack! Your new pack will fit a hydration bladder up to 3 liters so you'll have lots of options. You can take a look at them here. Personally, I use a HydraPak hydration bladder, which I enjoy because the entire top opens for quick filling. Osprey has a similar feature in their hydration bladders that also includes a magnet piece that you can attach to your sternum strap and connect the nozzle from the bladder for even easier access.
