@mkisaacs great question (and thanks for your long tenure as a co-op member)! To link your membership to your online account, you can follow these steps:
From REI.com, make sure you are signed in to your online account - to the right of the Search bar, you'll either see "Sign in" (not signed in) or "My account" (signed in)
Once you are signed in, click on "My account" and then click on "my account" again
Under your name at the top of the page, you'll see a link that says "Link your REI member number"
You can then type in your member number and save
You can look up your member number here, if you don't have it handy. And if any of these steps don't work, please connect with our Customer Support team at 1-800-426-4840 as they'll be in the best position to help troubleshoot. Hope this helps!
