Hello, every month I get a REI credit card offer, in the past 25 years, I have never asked for such mailings from REI, nor do I want them to continue. I cannot find a way to opt-out of them on the app or website. I am tired of shredding them every month and would like REI to stop wasting paper.

I have registered at every possible .gov and experian to not receive credit card insurance and what have you solicitations.... I just received the REI CAP ONE solicitation... CAP ONE is the MAIN reason I started the campaign to remove myself and my parents from all solicitations. if REI has Cap One and Does not control the SPAM I will cancel my REI card.
I tried the REI Customer Service rep method by John J, but that doesn't work since REI doesn't send the mailings - US Bank does. I would still get mailings EVERY SINGLE MONTH after trying the REI way.
What you need to do is call the 877-734-9737 (or other number) on the mailing, go through the options to make a new enrolment, and then tell the US Bank phone rep to STOP ALL MAILINGS. She took my info and went through her usual "stop mailings" script. It was really easy and I wish I had done this MONTHS ago.
REI Service Desk - I hope you tell customers this when they call into to stop the mailings. Its okay to say you don't have control of them. Please add this to your customer service scripts/workflows.
