How do I process a return for two products I am purchasing to ensure the correct fit?

Since the stores are closed I have to order my boots online and I will need to order at least 2 sizes.  How do I return the size I don't want?

In terms of options for processing a return, at this time, we are encouraging customers who have returns or exchanges to wait for our stores to reopen, if possible. You are also able to facilitate a return through the mail if you prefer; you can find the instructions for that process here.

We have recently launched a virtual outfitting tool where we will match you with one of our expert outfitters for a one-on-one consultation. If you are interested in working with one of our footwear experts, you can schedule an appointment here. We may be able to help you make the right size selection without having to worry about purchasing two pairs of boots.
