I ordered an item online for in-store pick up and paid partially using my dividend from the last year. But then decided to cancel the order before receiving it. So this is not a return. I got a cancellation confirmation email from REI, but my online account shows still $0 dividend (so it's not reloaded).
I talked to the staff and was told that I should get back my dividend but I am not sure how. Would someone educate me how this works?

If you used your Co-op Member Reward on an order and then cancelled that order, your Co-op Member Reward will be refunded in a check mailed to you.
