How do I find out information about my order of snowboarding boots for kids?

i purchased snowboarding booths (Burton) for my grandson through your outlet last week  I see that my credit card was charged but I haven't been notified to pick them up or any anything about them being shipped  who do I contact to check on the status  I have no order info
