How do I cancel an order being shipped to a store?

I ordered a kayak online and am having it delivered to a local store.  How do I cancel the order

Thanks for the question about canceling your kayak order. The best thing to do is reach out to our Sales and Customer Service team by calling 1-800-426-4840, or online via Live Chat. The hours are Mon–Fri, 5am–10pm PT, and Sat–Sun, 6am–9pm PT. They will be in the best position to talk you through any available options with your order.
