How do I access the written reviews on your products?

If you're looking for reviews on a specific item, you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the product page on and find the reviews there. Some products we carry, particularly newer ones, do not have reviews yet. If you aren't seeing any reviews perhaps try refreshing the page on your browser to see if that helps. Which product were you looking at?

Looking at REI Co-op Camp Dreamer XL Self-Inflating Deluxe Bed, says 113 reviews, nothing there when I scroll down. Same thing with any other product - scroll down and no reviews, no questions,


Hi @Backpacker1943 - Thanks for reaching out, though we're sorry you're having trouble viewing those reviews.

The Co-op Camp Dreamer XL currently has 114 reviews showing on our computers. There are times where you need to give the browser some time before they appear. The Reviews and Question & Answer sections are blank before they load, though they typically populate quickly and automatically. If they do not show up after giving the page some time to load, we suggest clearing your browsers cache to see if that solves the issue.

A user named Philtopia posted this in May of 2021 in a different thread, and it worked like a charm for me. If you use Malwarebytes this might do the trick for you as well.  Many thanks to Philtopia!! 
I'm simply pasting what he wrote:

"PROBLEM SOLVED!!!  I have had the same problem with reviews not showing in Firefox for several years.  Lately, the reviews and Q&A have not been showing in any browser, including Firefox, Brave, Chrome or Edge.  I have updated all browsers, the operating system, and drivers, bios, etc., so that was not the problem.  I finally checked my Malwarebytes settings.  Malwarebytes is is a paid app which provides a wide range of computer security functions.  I realized that Malware works in all browsers, and I have the default settings to block all trackers and ads.  It allows me to toggle each tracker and ad server individually.  For the REI product view pages, it is showing anywhere from 4 to 11 trackers.  (Why REI???)  Toggling them on and off one at a time, then reloading the webpage, I determined that toggling on - or enabling - allows all reviews and Q&A results to be displayed as normal.  YAY!!!  Problem solved.  REI, please fix this if possible, or at least let us know how to fix the problem in the site FAQs and in the other site info.  This has been a problem for me for years and it has cost me hours trying to resolve it."
