How can I use my $20.00 off coupon for an online purchase?

Hi, 

I purchased the REI membership and got the $20.00 coupon that expires on 8/5. 

I am purchasing a rear bike light. When I entered the number I got the following message: 

Invalid coupon entered: 60515000016xxxxxxxxx

then I used the number below: 

Invalid coupon entered: xxxx

They are the only umbers on the coupon. 

I WANT the light and I DON"T want to lose the coupon. 

There were huge issues downloading the coupon to both Adobe and Word. Below is what the coupon looks like in word. I cannot find the original coupon.

VALUE: $20.00

VALID: 07/06/2020 – 08/05/2020

In order to apply the bonus card to a purchase, please enter the information for it into the 'Gift Card' section during payment. That should take care of it.
