How can I replace my membership card?

I would like to get membership credit card replacement. I lost mine.

We're sorry you lost your member card. There are a couple of ways you can request a replacement:

  • Call our Sales and Customer Service team at 1-800-426-4840.
  • Use our Live Chat feature.
  • Email our Membership Services team at

At REI, we believe time outside is fundamental to a life well lived.

From a practical point of view you don't necessarily need a physical membership card. I store my card number on a smartphone app along with a stack of other membership, frequent flyer and other loyalty programs.

In my case these are stored in Google Pay's "Passes" section. But there are even dedicated, free apps for this purpose like StoCard.


Superusers do not speak on behalf of REI and may have received
