Exchanging shoes

I ordered some running shoes online, using my dividend and my 20% off coupon. I need a smaller size. If I order the smaller sized shoes online, can I return the first pair, when the stores reopen, but getting a credit back for the full amount? If the stores were open, I would just go into the store and exchange them.

The quick answer to your question is yes, we will make sure that you get to use your 20% coupon on the pair you keep and be refunded for the full amount on the pair you return.
