@Cletusclub thanks for the question! Assuming that your packs are covered by our Return Policy, you have 2 options for processing a return:
If possible, you can wait until our stores reopen. We have extended our return window to account for our store closures.
If that's not possible, you can mail your packs back to us through the mail - instructions can be found here. Please note that we don't provide prepaid return labels and due to a much higher-than-normal volume of returns, our processing window is longer than normal. Rest assured that we are working through the returns and will process refunds as quickly as possible.
In terms of replacing your packs, it's up to you if you want to wait until you've received a refund or purchase beforehand. Let us know if you want any advice on picking out new packs!
