How can I process a return/exchange while REI stores are closed?


I recently bought the altra lone peak 4 rsm, I only used it a couple of times and seems like top layer of front foot is peeling and already making a hole. during closure of stores, how do I go about exchanging or returning shoes? thanks

@exileo thanks for reaching out about your shoes - sorry to hear they're not working out. During our store closure, you have 2 options for a return/exchange:

  • You can mail your shoes back to us (instructions here) and order your new shoes on
  • You can order your new shoes on and wait until our stores reopen to return the failing pair.
