How can I process a return during REI's store closure?
I was wondering what to do about returning a sleeping pad that has developed a leak and is less than a year old. The last notification I received means all the stores will be closed past the one year return date.

Sorry to hear that this product is not working out for you! While our stores remain closed our return policy remains the same. This means if your product meets the terms of our policy, you can definitely return it! We have two options at this time.
1. You can hold onto your item until stores reopen. We understand that this may be past your one year window, but we would be happy to honor the return under these circumstances.
2. You can facilitate a return via mail services as outlined.
