How can I exchange a pair of faulty trekking poles?
In March right before the shutdown, I bought some top of the line walking sticks. I have tr it Ed to use them and think they are Faulty. I’d like to return them for another brand. Will that be possible?

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your new trekking poles. Would you be willing to tell us what kind of poles you have and describe the issue? We may be able to troubleshoot here in the community and get them working for you.
You are welcome to exchange them for another brand. If you are able to wait until our stores reopen to process your exchange, that would be best. However, if you would like to mail us back your trekking poles you can find instructions for a mail in return here.
