Glitch in the system?

Good morning, 

I just recieved 5 emails canceling 5 orders I never made. They don't show up on my purchase history & all my financials are as they should be. I assume there was some glitch in the system. I tried to call but after 35 minutes, I had to get on with my day. Might save some phone calls to look into that.

@JSpaulding so glad you reached out to us about this glitch - it gave us an opportunity to track down an explanation! Those emails you received were related to orders that were affected by our store closures and had been unable to be processed fully. If you have any outstanding questions, connecting with our Customer Support team is the best option!
