I paid for expedited shipping in order to get a tarp delivered in time for my daughter's birthday. I just received a notice that the expedited shipping will be delayed, meaning it won't arrive in time for our trip north for the celebration.
How do I go about getting a refund for expedited shipping as it didn't arrive in time?
