Does REI do product transfers from store to store?
I found a jacket I’d really like to purchase. It is sold out on REI.com and in my local shop (Boulder CO). An employee did a search and it is available In other locations (Lincoln Park, San Francisco, Columbia, etc).
Can REI help me to purchase (over the phone?) and then ship to me or my local store/ my home address? The employee I spoke to wasn’t sure.

Unfortunately, we do not do store-to-store transfers, nor do we do transactions over the telephone at our store locations. Your best bet to see availability and ask about ordering options would be to call our sales and customer service team at 1-800-426-4840.
