Please talk to UPS or mark boxes of safety gear Fragile. My new rope came in box beat to hell and plastic bag ripped that rope was in. Inspected rope looks ok, but seriously not comfortable seeing things shipped like this that I have to put my faith in. As always inspect your gear.

If you have any concerns about the integrity of the rope, please do not hesitate to return/exchange it - you can always do this at your local REI or by following these instructions. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback and will pass along your suggestion to our distribution centers around indicating fragile contents when the package contains safety gear.
