Unfortunately there is not a way to change your REI Conversations username. If you feel strongly about having a different username, then my best suggestion is to close your account and create a new one with the username that you prefer.
To close your account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your settings by clicking on your avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Click on "Personal"
- Click on "Close Account"
- Click on the blue button that says "Close Account"
Just a note: closing your Conversations account will not close or alter your REI.com account, so there's no need to worry about that! To start a new Conversations login, just head back to REI Conversations, click "Sign In" and start from from the beginning.
