change to REI silk long johns?

Years ago in Alaska I was introduced to silk long johns from REI . Since then , they are the only long underwear I will consider . And knowing 120 below I know what I’m doing  . Well I recently ordered online a new set ... I thought . For my newly arrived long Johns were nothing like the ones I’m used to buying . Are there two different weights of silk long johns?

Hi @Charlesforrest - Thanks for bringing this question to the community! To make sure we are talking about the same thing, you are referring to long underwear made by Co-op brands, correct? If so, do you know which year(s) you previously bought yours? Knowing that info will help us narrow down specifics if there are differences between the current version and what you have previously used.

We have sent a message to our Co-op brands team to find out more information on any differences/updates and will circle back here when we have more information for you.

Hi @Charlesforrest - We heard back from our product team and wanted to share some more information with you. The Co-Op Men's Silk Long Underwear Bottoms have not seen any updates since they were launched in 2013. They are in the ultra lightweight category. The women's version had a style update in the last couple of years, but the weight remained the same in both models.

If you have another model or brand that you would like some more information on, we would be happy to look into that for you. Thanks!
