I am new to biking and I just purchased a full-suspension mountain bike from an online retailer. Can I bring the unopened box with the bike to REI and have a bike tech put together the bike and do the necessary adjustment? Since I like to do a tubeless conversion, can this be done together? How much would it cost? (I live in California and I am a REI member).

Hi @MichaelZ9 - Thanks for reaching out. Congrats on the new bike!
Yes, our bike shops will be able to assemble your new bike. Without knowing what the tires you have, we cannot guarantee the tireless conversion, but that service is something that our shops do offer for compatible tires.
To set up an appointment, confirm the tubeless conversion availability and to get pricing, you will need to contact your local REI bike shop.
Let us know if you have any additional questions and we'll be happy to help!
