Can I view used items (bought in-store) on my online account?

Hey can I view anything I bought in store from the used section? I got a tent and can't view it on my account, I'm pretty sure it's new though. Please lemme know

Hi @MrLucky - Thanks for reaching out! We use a generic item number on all of the used gear sold in our stores, so while you will be able to see your purchase on your online account, there will not be a product description. It will simply show up as "Used Gear."
