Can I return my new shoes?

Saturday, September 26, prior to 11:00am, I purchased a pair of "Blundstone" shoes from the Tualatin store.  

Great shoe staff.  I recommend them to all.  Smart and efficient.  Especially in the virus environment that they are working in. Kudos to them!

After putting 10,369 steps in these "Blundstone", I can't remember a pair of shoes more pitiful and uncomfortable.  I seriously regret this purchase.  This is the only product I have regretted purchasing from REI, ever.

I will make my way into the Tualatin store hoping I might be able to exchange them for and equal dollar amount s soon as I can. Do you think it might be possible to exchange.

Hi @jmoss  - Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear your shoes are so uncomfortable! You can return the shoes for a full refund or replacement within one year of the purchase, so you have plenty of time to take them back. A customer service specialist at the Tualatin store will be happy to help you with that return. You can also find out all of the information you need about returning products to REI here.
