I was wondering if I was able to return an unopened tent and footprint (North Face Stormbreak 3) that’s still being sold at REI. The tent was bought in April 2019 as a gift but we don’t see any use for it. Can we still return it for a store credit?

Normally, our return window is one year, however, due to COVID-19, our return policy has been extended for items purchased after March 15, 2019. Please take a look at our return policy information here and remember you'll need a proof of purchase to make your return.

If the item was purchased from our past gift registry but a receipt was not provided can customer service look up the item for us?
