I dropped my bike off at Tysons Corner store early last week for repair and initially told it would be ready Friday night (3/13) however subsequently told on Saturday morning that someone would call me later that day. I never heard from anyone and then tonight I got the email that all stores will be closed beginning tomorrow through the 27th. Given the current situation, getting out and ride my bike is one of the few activities available to me now.

@Moodyjthanks for reaching out to us about your bike, and apologies that you did not hear from your local store over the weekend. In light of our store closures, our local store teams will be contacting customers tomorrow (Monday) who currently have bike/skis in our shops to determine best next steps for reuniting customers with their gear.
