I bought a Sigma PC3 heart monitor at REI many years ago. It has stopped working. I have changed the battery in the chest strap. I would like to change out the battery in the watch to see if that is the problem. The manufacturer recommends that it be done by 'the shop". Does REI provide that service?

REI does not provide a battery service for your watch. We recommend going to a watch shop, jeweler, or someone who specializes in replacing watch batteries. They should be able to get your watch back up and running.
