Are Oversized Shipping Fees Refundable?

Hi , 

I was wondering if i were to order a kayak and return it if the oversize shipping would be refunded to me as well? I want to order one, however the 160 $ fee is much too high considering it is more than half the cost of the kayak itself .

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question!  Exciting that you are thinking about purchasing a kayak!

Typically, shipping fees for any item are not refundable. I understand that making a purchase of an item as big as a kayak requires a lot of consideration. We want to help you if possible get into a boat that you will be very happy with!  If we can assist you in that way, please let us know!

Also, keep your eye out on which locations are offering curbside pickup as this might be helpful in eliminating the cost of shipping a boat directly to you. While we have limited stores currently executing this service, our plans are to eventually offer it nationwide.
