I have moved to Spain. The web site will not let one change to a foreign address - it requires state or province (for us and canadian customers). You can add all the foreign address information, but the dropdown state requirement negates everything else. Dennis Simpson
@dbs228 thanks for reaching out! When you're updating your address on our website, in the "State / Province" field, try selecting the "Choose state or province" option as your answer instead of selecting an actual location, then select Spain from the drop-down menu for "Country."
