Hi, on Feb 8 I had purchased a sleeping bag plus a few other items. Since I purchased over $100.00 I was supposed to get a $20.00 off bonus. I never did get the bonus, or access to it. I got the bonus for the second purchase - a pair of shoes and a book, but not for the sleeping bag. I was wondering how do I get that, or online access to it?
I was then wanting to make a purchase online, but how do I use the card I have? It doesn't have a discount code, just a credit card like number on the back with a bar code.

Please note that our wait times have been longer than normal due to our recent announcement about store closures.
In terms of redemption, you will enter those digits you see on the back of the bonus card into the "gift card" field in our online checkout process, including the pin.
