Hey everyone,
As our online community passes its 6-month mark, we wanted to say thanks to those of you who have viewed, joined and participated in Conversations! We are thrilled with where the community is right now, and are looking forward to what interesting conversations and connections will happen in the next 6 months (and beyond)!
Because we know that community is built when individuals find connection with each other, we want to say THANK YOU to the following super active community members, knowing that lots of folks have gained knowledge from the contributions and expertise of these folks over the past 6 months:
From here on out, we will begin posting a new blog at the beginning of each month, with the intention of highlighting a few interesting conversations you may have missed, a handful of active community members you may want to connect with, any new functionality we've launched, and perhaps a glimpse of anything new that's coming soon!

Finally, what's new with the community platform?
- We launched a survey to gather feedback on how the community is working - turns out the survey wasn't working well, so we've pulled it until we can figure out the bug...
- Mid-February, we added the Co-op Member badge and title and have given out ~50 so far; if you are an REI member but haven't earned the badge yet, you'll want to make sure your member number is associated with your REI account.
- We are (still) working hard on adding more local pages - we are optimistic these pages will be ready soon!
