What do you think REI should do next to attract more outdoor lovers?
REI has been very good with uniting and marketing strategy but the competition of outdoor retail is growing. What do you think REI should do next to standout and attract more customers? (Marketing strategy or anything that would help REI increase sales growth and help the outdoor community)

2. They really need to speed up shipping, population is becoming hooked on amazon, next day delivery, and instant gratification.
3. I don't know how much more they could do, return policy is fantastic, selection is fantastic, prices are...meh, locations are terrific, classes are terrific, sponsored trips are fantastic, how much can a business do? Besides speeding up shipping, that is, 😉
