I'm making the trek from Seattle to the Tetons and would love to hear your favorite suggestions for:
-scenic roads
-car-friendly campsites
-moderate climbs
-delicious coffee
-gluten free fare
-anything else that you think is a "must do" along the way!
A couple good places to stop along the way if you're passing through Wyoming are:
Lander, WY: Climbing (Wild Iris, Sinks canyon), good community, free camping on a lot of BLM land and in the town park. Lander Bakery has good coffee and some gluten-free options.
Thermopolis, WY: Hot springs, a surprisingly good dinosaur museum and a herd of buffalo
Cheers!
