Few things are more rewarding than heading into the backcountry, conquering a peak and then getting great turns all the way down.\u00a0 There are many names and variations, alpine touring (AT), backcountry touring, randonee, skinning, splitboarding and uphill skiing. Whatever method you prefer, we’re all out there for the same reasons.<\/p>\n
We do it because we think big mountain lines are better than lift lines. We do it because we think quality, is greater than quantity. We do it because we think hard things are worth the effort. We do it because we thrive on the challenge and the pain of it.<\/p>\n
