As a kid, he\u2019d concoct interesting recipes using traditional Chinese ingredients. As an adult, he\u2019s concocting food and sports drinks for athletes through his business, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skratchlabs.com\/\">Skratch Labs<\/a>.
