Comments about SmartWool Skiing Medium Cushion Socks:
These socks do all of the above, however they do not stay up! I have very average size calves and these socks fall down within minutes of beginning activity. If you want to wear them over your base layer, they may be OK. Too bad, I'm very pleased otherwise.

Comments about SmartWool Skiing Medium Cushion Socks:
These socks worked fairly well. I did not wear any extra socks, just these. My toes got cold every once and awhile but usually warmed back up on the ski lift back up the mountain. On the coldest day we skied my feet froze anyway, but I expected that. These socks work good under good ski conditions. No blisters or bunching with these socks.

Comments about SmartWool Skiing Medium Cushion Socks:
I would just like to say that these are the best ski socks that I have found by far. Even when they got damp my feet were still warm and I happen to wear them all day. They don't bunch up when you're walking around with them. They have great padding for those stiff ski boots, so I never get blisters where there shouldn't be any I also don't get unwanted bruising.
