I use this for my Exped sleeping pad for canoe trips and have had no problems. No punctures or leakage. Helpful that it's clear to see your gear. The material is VERY sticky so if you get two of these, try to keep them away from each other. Also, the sticky, bulky material doesn't allow the bag to roll into itself very efficiently. which also makes it difficult to get all the air out! For minimalists, this isn't the bag for you...you can find lighter...But you simply can't beat the price if you just want your gear to stay dry.

I use these in both of my kayak's when we go out for the day to hold loose things like camera (in seperate w.p. container) and power bars, suntan lotion etc. These dry bags are too sticky to use with loaded boat for camping, although it wouldn't matter that much behind the seat or some other open area. I like that i can see the contents and locate things easily. they are useful.

Good basic dry bag at a good price. Material is strong. Downside is that the plastic sticks to itself, so you cant easily slide one dry bag in next to another in your hold.
