Santa Fe Geocaching Challenge

This new and exciting adventure involves the use of GPS devices to discover and explore some of Santa Fe?s most prominent historical and cultural landmarks. As part of this workshop, Santa Fe Mountain Adventures guides will teach participants the basics of Geocaching and how to use hand-held GPS devices. Participants will then be introduced to the Santa Fe Geocaching Challenge and apply these new skills by visiting 1-2 popular sights that are part of the Challenge course. After the workshop, everyone attending will be prepared to complete this fun and adventurous Challenge at a later date on their own. Participants will be provided with GPS devices from Santa Fe Mountain Adventures for the workshop. Optionally, experienced GPS users may bring their own device.
