Thank you for your interest in using the meeting room facilities at REI Dallas!
The primary function of the meeting room facilities is to provide educational programs to our members and customers in the areas of paddling, wintersports, cycling, camping, and climbing. The secondary purpose is to provide meeting and event space to non-profit outdoor groups working to enhance outdoors recreational opportunities or protect the outdoors for recreation. We will also rent out our facilities to peripheral groups seeking a unique place to hold meetings or events. Portions of the funds collected for room rentals will be used to facilitate further outdoor programming.
Rates
The room rates are based on the purpose of the organization or event. Rates begin at $50/hour for non-outdoor/for-profit organizations; fees may be waived for outdoor, non-profit groups. REI defines ?outdoor groups? as groups working to protect the outdoors for recreation or to enhance outdoor recreational opportunities in the areas of paddling, wintersports, cycling, camping, & climbing. The fee is due the date of your event, and includes basic set-up; take down and audio/visual help during the event or program.
Capacity
Cross Timbers Room: 100. Guadalupe Peak Room: 75.
Cost
* For-profit, non-outdoor group: Cross Timbers: $65/hour. Guadalupe Peak: $50/hour.
* For-profit outdoor group or Non-profit/non-outdoor group: Cross Timbers: $30/hour. Guadalupe Peak: $20/hour.
* Non-profit outdoor groups: fees may be waived for all rooms.
Tables, tablecloths and chairs provided free of charge.
A/V Capabilities: VCR/TV, slide projector, overhead projector, screen. An LCD projector is available for a $25 rental fee when using either of the clinic rooms.
Before hours fee (8am to 10am): Cross Timbers Room: $100/hour. Guadalupe Peak Room: $75/hour.
REI Dallas regular store hours are:
Sun. 11:00-6:00 PM
Mon.-Sat. 10:00-9:00 PM
Please note: All events must conclude at least thirty minutes prior to closing.
Alcohol
We do not allow outside groups to provide alcohol at any event.
Accessibility
REI is a fully accessible facility with elevator access to our conference room. If you or any of your attendees require special attention, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to accommodate them.

Please include your requested date(s) as well as times. In addition, some information about the type of event or activities will help us determine what kind of a room arrangement will work the best for you.
